One payment, fixed access period
Each order buys either 30 or 90 days of personal AI access. The core search, alert, delivery, Telegram, tracking, and API tools remain free. There is no automatic renewal or recurring wallet authorization. A new paid order extends the end date when Pro is already active.
Supported asset and network
Use the hosted invoice and send the exact displayed amount of USDC on the Base network only. Wallet or exchange network fees are separate. Transfers using another asset, address, amount, or network may be delayed, uncredited, or permanently unrecoverable.
Activation
Digital access begins after our payment provider sends a valid signed confirmation. Blockchain and provider confirmation can take time. A completed invoice page alone does not prove payment; the account page shows the authoritative access status.
Problems and review
If the payment is confirmed on-chain but access does not update, email [email protected] with your account email, invoice ID, and public transaction hash. Never send a private key or seed phrase. Duplicate confirmed payments and provider processing errors are reviewed individually.
Refunds
Pro is a digital access service activated after irreversible blockchain settlement. Before paying, verify the pass, amount, asset, network, and destination shown on the hosted invoice. Refund requests for a verified service failure are reviewed case by case; network mistakes and fees outside our control cannot be guaranteed recoverable.
Expiry reminders
We send reminders near the access end date when email delivery is configured. Reminders are informational and never trigger a charge.
